“I’ve been listening to Straight Candid since the very beginning when Syd announced that she was going to be co-hosting! I actually came across a snippet of her interview on The Backpocket Podcast and something she said has always stuck in my mind... when talking about navigating our careers she said “How come we always think the person next to us is doing better?” 😳 That is the truest thing I have ever heard and I come back to that quote when I catch myself in the comparison game. That’s also what made me excited to hear that she would be co-hosting her own pod!
Truth and blunt honesty is what you’ll hear listening to this podcast. We ALL need to hear about humans doing very “candid” human things... like falling in the shower 😜. Syd and Soph are great together and are always giving the best advice and bringing on great guests. Looking forward to what these ladies will keep doing!
