I was keen to hear more about Melissa, however between Mark talking about himself and interrupting Melissa, I was left a bit disappointed.

Vincent Chong came across as an angry unhappy man. I hope he turns the corner soon.

Some interesting guests from a range of backgrounds. Lots of meaningless swearing to give the impression of coming from the streets but due to limited vocabulary.

Wow!!! I’ve listened to Ben Crowe’s episode 6 times and I’m still taking things away. Brilliant!!

Always learn something meaningful & deep from Mark Bouris’ chats: social media, podcasts, keynotes, Mentored weekly emails, etc. Thank you so much & HAPPY 2024.

I like all Mark’s chats, but Matt Formston- what an inspiring and enlightening perspective.

Love the podcast, but mate let you’re guests answer the questions you ask and stop cutting them off halfway to replying to your question/comment

Listening to Trinny was inspiring but Mark kept talking about himself, which became annoying very quickly. We want to hear about the guest’s story, not Mark’s story.

This was the first time I listened to this podcast show. First one off the ranks was episode #103 with Trinny Woodall, wow what an inspirational Woman. It was like a tennis match for my ears, Mark with his questions and Trinny answering them plus also asking Mark the question back. I found...Read full review »

Very self indulgent and boring.

Great guests and interview topics but Mark is obviously still learning how to interview. I find he cuts off and interjects a lot and it makes the guest lose their train of thought a bit. I’m sure he will get better and better as he does more episodes though and not a reason to not listen.

Mark opens up his guests in the most balanced way, I have enjoyed many of his podcasts! Congratulations to all the team that put this all together!

Here’s the thing, I know very little about at least half of the topics but I am 100% engaged in every episode. Marks interviewing style, the anecdotes he shares and encourages interviewees to share, his voice and humour. It’s brilliant.

Great range of guests and like how Mark is across a lot of subjects and remains curious - do get a giggle out of his old grumpy ego man but that’s ok - still interesting and entertaining 🤣

Sorry, but the thought of ‘backfilling’ when it comes to parenting really grated on me (comment by Mark in the episode w the KIC founders - Steph & Laura). Relationships aren’t the same as a business. Why not acknowledge the role your wives played in enabling you to work all those hours you...Read full review »

Have listened to I think all the Straight Talk podcasts. Mark is great. Very open. I particularly think the Charlie Teo interview was excellent and we could learn so much from this and how Australian Media and medical “professionals” are tearing down someone who is trying to further surgery...Read full review »

Love how much Mark gives of himself and how much he gets out of his guests. As someone who was in the media for 26+ years and have been diagnosed with ADHD i was capitulated with Em but have loved the other pods, esp Sooshi Mango!! Mark pls get JAMES PACKER on. That would be incredible Snowy

Love these podcasts but mark often cuts off the guests and talks over them.

The rawness of Mark’s approach enables each of his guests to really open up & divulge all the juicy details. This is exactly what you want when you listen to podcasts of this nature. Hands down a favourite!

Love your podcast Mark, great transparent conversations where you walk away with a good knowledge of how your guests have navigated their way to where they are today.

Have only started listening but am making my way back through the prior episodes now too. Loved the interview with Peter Vlandys and Danny Abdullah (was crying from start to finish).

Don’t give up. Don’t let it go. Don’t think too much. Simplify it. And enjoy the journey. That’s what life is about.
