“I was introduced to Strange Familiars from Timothy's collaborations with Where Did The Road Go podcast. Strange Familiars is such a treat. Very thorough research and presenting edgy and interesting hidden history (The Broken Circle episodes, William of the Fiery Flowers, for example ). Timothy and Alison explore all aspects of the paranormal - spirits, spooky folklore, cryptids, just to name a few. I love how organically and respectfully they interview their guests and honor their stories. And I think that's a huge theme of the podcast - honoring whatever they're talking about and presenting it in an accessible and authentic way for the audience.
