Scrutinized
I enjoy this podcast, EXCEPT their repeated stabs at pop culture references and unfunny banter. (If I want pop culture references I can always play YouTube videos of Dennis Miller pre-9/11.) When they get down to what they do best: analyzing the court, it’s fine. Also, they overstate the importance of oral arguments.
