This is my new favorite pod. The show is an explainer and a thunder shirt all-in-one. Thanks, Crooked Media, for getting this going!

Always learning from the talented hosts. A great, informative, and educational podcast about the institution that plays an outsized role in American life.

This is a must listen! Their thoughts and comments on SCOTUS are so needed and important at this time. I have learned so much!

The hosts do a fantastic job of covering a wide range of SCOTUS news and diving in deep on details when warranted. I find myself pausing the podcast to look up referenced cases out of genuine interest, and I am not a lawyer. They have a way of showing the court’s relevance and impact for every...Read full review »

I don’t know what I would do without these babes. Grateful for their brilliant and incisive analysis. On a side note, as an abortion provider, it can be so frustrating to listen to legal analysts get so many things wrong about the specifics but all three of these legal geniuses actually knows...Read full review »

I have given this podcast three goes. The first one before moved to crooked. But basically this podcast consist of these alleged, serious, academic intellectuals, engaging in a series of ad hominem, abusive criticism of various conservative members of the Supreme Court. I hate to imagine the...Read full review »

Very little legal substance. Typical journalist takes with barely informed opinions beyond what they saw on MSNBC last night. Was really hoping for something like “more perfect” which was less embarrassing to listen to.

love it, don’t always agree with them but the hosts are excellent and so intelligent

Really appreciate this. So far been really happy to have this resource.

The podcast goes over Supreme Court arguments and rulings with an eye to their implications for government, our civil rights, and run-away authoritarianism. Learn how strictly adhering to the meaning of the text of a law (at the time it was written) must be done unless it becomes inconvienent....Read full review »

The only reason I listen to this godforsaken podcast is to stay informed about what the liberals on the other side have to say about the current issues at the Supreme Court. As far as I can tell, Leah believes the state of our current law is “Bahhhhhh we hate women!!!”, whereas her preferred...Read full review »

This five star review in support of your amazing podcast (which I must say, I listen to in Overcast, not here) will surely help take the edge off as we transition to Gilead. Signed, a middle aged white guy who will count this as enough resistance to go back to my day job. Hugs!

The hosts are amazing - erudite, funny, respectful to each other, and on point for every argument. I’m in the UK and I listen to give me the baseline - the truth - for what is going on. Apart from the refreshing truth and incisiveness your provide I love your indignation against hypocrisy and...Read full review »

Informative with just enough humor to take the edge off the fact that my organs don’t matter and I rank below men and babies of undefined gender. Keep up the good work!

I don’t know what kind of secret sauce the Crooked team puts in their shows, but somehow they all jump to the front of the queue in whatever topic they cover. I listen to five other law podcasts that go over a lot of the same Supreme Court content and Strict Scrutiny is my never skip. I always...Read full review »

A fabulously intelligent review of the court and its cases. Serious, but sufficiently lighthearted so as to feel I’m with friends as opposed to in a doomsday cult. Very insightful and a regular “must” for me.

These three legal minds tell it like it is. And they have predicted decisions and the current direction of the court for years now. I listen to this podcast on the way to work. I hope this podcast lasts a long while. Otherwise I am not certain the clarity it provides on legal issues will remain...Read full review »

The only episode I listened to they spent the entire time cheerleading each other’s opinions. Not mentally engaging at all. Call 3 members of the court the 3 horses of the apocalypse. Now that impartial??

Guys- please do a mini episode about Arizona!!! Also this show is fantastic, and I more deeply understand our court systems every time I listen. The hosts are funny and approachable, which helps mitigate the absolute horror of the topics they’re exploring. Great podcast.

These ladies sound like gen z metards. I love PSA and PSW but I can’t stand the gossipy high pitched tenor of these lady’s chit chat. They also have seemingly zero contextual insight. I really tried to focus on the value added here—case synopses and SCOTUS news + relevant background—but the commentary takes partisan to another level. It would be great if the hosts trusted their audience to formulate independent opinions even a tiny bit.

I am not for any death penalty. But, the simplest, safest, no pain, quickest option is a projectile to the brain. It is an on/off, awake/unconscious, alive/dead option.
