Wow :-(
If these three lawyers are representative of Condtitutional law professors, the US is in for long years of trouble. I listened to this one episode, and won’t listen to another. If the three panelists had spent as much time focusing on the language of the Constitution or the statutes at issue as they did making fun of Justice Gorsuch, the podcast would have a lot more credibility. One of the podcast’s sponsors was Babble, and that best describes the discussion in the podcast, even though they babbled about important issues.
