If, on the other hand, you want good faith analysis of case that are currently before the court, that considers each argument in its best light, you better look elsewhere.
I, personally enjoy getting perspectives from all sides, so I do find some value in this podcast. But in no way should this be considered a serious, reasonable, or objective of the current legal issues facing the court. It is filled with mischaracterizations of arguments the hosts disagree with, histrionic exaggerations about the consequences of decisions that don’t go the way the hosts wanted, and unprofessional mocking of certain justices.”
