Fantastic podcast
I’m an incoming law student and total addict of this podcast. I’m also a fan of some of the SCOTUS podcasts that are more serious in tone (like We The People) and love those too, but I have to say that the ladies of Strict Scrutiny are somehow able to add humor and entertainment value without detracting from extremely substantive commentary — a no doubt hard balance to strike, which they do artfully. They also achieve a wonderful balance between summary and commentary — perfectly fulfilling their goal of “democratizing” SCOTUS commentary.

Ugh, I wanted to like it, but it’s way too heavy handed and outrage mongerish. It’s like they just pash around the grand stand for an hour and a half and call it good.
