Apparently exempt from intellectual scrutiny
As a law student, I wanted to like this podcast. To get to the point, this podcast is smug, intellectually bankrupt, and fatally biased. Given polarization and the importance and complexity of SCOTUS cases, acknowledging different legal perspectives and philosophies is critical. The hosts never disagree with each other, snark in only one intellectual direction, usually fail to acknowledge that the opposing side has any validity whatsoever, and general wallow in their self-importance. Apparently women must all believe the same thing. I want critical analysis, not biased groupthink. I have tried to push through, but I finally unsubscribed after the distasteful and unproductively one-sided live show. I am still looking for a SCOTUS equivalent of Left, Right, and Center. Hopefully my search will bear fruit.

More reviews of Strict Scrutiny
Always a treat to listen to Prof. Littman provide commentary on the Court. Also wonderful to be introduced to so many insightful, brilliant (and new to PodcastLand) scholars along with her. I look forward to many new episodes!
