The best Supreme Court podcast of the day
I listen to several regular podcasts about the Supreme Court ans constitutional law, and I had grown tired of hearing two guys talk in a detached and uninvested way about reproductive rights cases. Strict Scrutiny was the antidote I needed. Four women with mile-long resumes, deep intelligence, and wit discussing the finer, too-often overlooked points of the important cases, people, systems, and processes that determine the constitutional rights we enjoy, and those we are denied. Their guests have experience and perspective that is just as admirable, and you are just as likely to hear the hosts dispensing criticism as you are to hear them humbly but not timidly incorporating critical perspectives delivered to them. I am very grateful to enjoy the intellectual gift of their voices through their podcast. It enriches my knowledge and my hope for the future during otherwise rather bleak times.

These people are brilliant. Looking forward to this show in the fall. Great first episode.

It also still feels like they’re establishing a natural banter, like they don’t know each...Read full review »
