Marie travels with her dad, Stace Fatan and has a family reunion.

Marie Fatan meets Stace Fatan for the first time face to face. Now, all they have to do is survive.

Marie goes on another car trip and there is a death in the family.

PART 3 Stace Fatan and The Strigoaie - Marie is taken to Patricio's home. She's feed and medicated before sharing a dance with Patricio. While sedated, she encounters a strange conversation with a stranger.

Marie meets up with Georgina in California. She also meets up with three unexpected quests.

Marie and Rayen receive a letter from Georgina Collins. Marie travels to California.

Marie hears about her mother's kidnapping. Rayen tells Marie to practice her spells as they are going to save her mom from Patricio.

Marie writes in her notebook, Max cooks dinner, and Abel visits with some news.

Marie sees more of the town of Jerome. She picks up a spell or two and goes to a party.

Marie is shown around Jerome. Rayen is deciding to teach Marie some tricks, and Franchesca and Max talk about Marie's dad.

Marie Fatan is taken to the mountains by a mystery man.

Marie is resting at Patricio's house. Eladio makes her breakfast and an intruder kidnaps Marie from--her kidnappers.

Marie and Eladio travel to St. Louis, Michigan to meet Patricio, Eladios immortal father.

Marie tries to heal after her scuffle with Dale. Shawn is sent to the hospital, and Eladio protects Marie from the Artificials.

PART 2 Marie Fatan and Spoken Languages - Marie and Shawn move in together. They get a visit from a member of the Society and Marie meets up with her ex-boyfriend. (Chapters will no longer be mentioned for smother transitions)

Marie, Shawn and Lorraine meet Troy for the reading of Granna Lee's Will. Marie reads a letter from her dad.

Marie and Shawn have brunch with Abel. Marie receives a letter from Granna Lee and she and Shawn fly to the States.
