Bad audio and a remake of Babysitters Club Club
I tried to get into it but from the acoustic guitar theme song opener, to the “this is REAL literature” banter, it’s obvious they’re relying heavily on imitating the success of BSC Club—which has a 4 1/2 year head start on them. I’m not against a new BSC podcast, but if you’re going to imitate an already successful podcast, essentially going after the their audience (which has grown accustomed to excellent storytelling and production value), maybe invest in better audio equipment and editing.
