Learn to use a mic. Some good content presented in the poorest way possible.
The audio quality of some of these podcasts is unbelievably bad. Ridiculous. There is some useful info on training if you can deal with the ear strain of trying to make it out. Seriously need to get their production sorted

These two aren't great, but compared with the other tri-specific podcasts, they are among the best. They tend to be quite self-absorbed, but I suspect that is what their listeners prefer. I wish they would do more interviews.

Lots to learn in this sport im glad Scott and adam can share the tricks. I will say these guys need to remember that although it's competitive, it's recreational for 99.9% of the listeners. Even though Adam and Scott are high level experienced triathletes, even the beginner triathlete such as myself (3 sprints) can get a lot of great information and advice from their show.
