Penguin and Ethel Merman put their horse race scheme into action, meanwhile Bruce Wayne channels his inner Garfield and Breaks Bad in his underwear cooking Lasagna in an RV.

Penguin teams up with Ethel Merman to fix a horse race they can't afford to bet on. The Bat Computer is an improv game, and the Batmobile has a gadget so specific that it's more annoying than funny.

In this spectacular squeal-fest Mariah Carey mind controls Bruce Wayne into signing his fortune over to her. Chief O'Hara learns about technology, and Gordon learns and forgets the identity of Batman and Robin. All this, and a possible spin off for Aunt Harriet in this episode of the Batgirl show.

If you're like me, and two of your favorite things are boxing and giant magnets, this is the episode for you. The Riddler is back (sexual predator Riddler, not ragtime band Riddler) and threatens to take over boxing in Gotham. Can our Dynamic Duo and Batgirl stop him?
