The first Gimlet Podcast I don't love unreservedly
Maybe it's just because its particular mix of gushiness and sentimentality (seriously, Adam is a changed man because he played some basketball?) does not travel the Atlantic very well, or because Radiolab has been doing something similar for years while giving its audience more credit, but this podcast will have to get much better before I'll like it. It's beautifully produced, of course, but the deep growls voices don't work so well when you're listening in the car.Read full review »

C’mon everyone. This is not a good show. I’m not sure if Gimlet hires fake people to write 5 star reviews, but something smells fishy here.
