A beacon for better living - outstanding podcast
This podcast is so helpful. Would give it 10 stars not just 5 if it were possible. Delivered by an expert who clearly cares about what he does. A combination of thoughtful analysis, friendly style. Sometimes there are guests, sometimes it's mainly the kindly Dr. Carter alone but each episode is packed with observations and food for thought to help navigate interpersonal challenges in a way that can build better habits, self esteem muscle, while nourishing decency and respect. It is a public service to those listeners struggling with these issues, especially those living abroad with limitations on access to other helpful resources. Thank you Dr. C and the team. And wishing all the best to everyone on Team Healthy.Read full review »

I really like this informative podcast. It is validating how I feel and reassuring me that I can overcome the abuse. My only complaint is the loud piano music. His voice is nice and soothing, but when the piano music comes on, it almost hurts my ears.
