Self validation and education
I am so grateful to hear in detail the characteristics described on both ends of the spectrum, the abuser and the victim. It gives me great insight into what my wife describes to me plus my own experiences. These last few episodes have literally made my stomach bubble up from resonating so much. Thank you!
