Love it
I’m currently studying a Masters in mental health science, and I work with many members of the public who have some underlying mental health issues, so it’s great to hear individuals who have gone through or are going through their own journey wether still trying to manage or have built a support network or management plan etc... which helps me understand how they might be feeling. I think everyone can resonate in some way with these podcasts... and I just love Susan’s voice anyway :-)

More than thanks go to Susan Calman for her honesty and humour. As a fellow sufferer hearing other people talk so candidly about the “demons” in their head makes me feel less like a “crazy” woman😂. The interviews are both inspiring, emotional and uplifting.
