Also if your insurance declines to cover something, APPEAL, APPEAL, APPEAL, APPEAL! You’ve got to stick up for yourself. You’ve got to speak to clinicians/licensed independent providers/ PCP’s in a straightforward manner where you say, “Ok. This treatment isn’t working. Perhaps I’m misdiagnosed.” Get a 2nd opinion. Advocate for yourself. Don’t give up. Seek treatment that works. Seek an accurate diagnosis!! I like the background music & the background sound effects of the monitors in the background. How terrifying would it be that your immune system is your enemy as with autoimmune diseases?”
