“I stumbled upon this podcast this last year when I was in a season of depression and overwhelm for the first time in my life. The overwhelm was a whole other level than I had experienced before, having 3 kids (one under 1), trying to start a therapy business working from home and still be an active, present and playful parent and wife. I was becoming SO irritable and momrage was real and I couldn’t keep up with ANYTHING and I felt I was failing at EVERYTHING. I was so reactive and I wanted to be proactive and organized but, having always been a go-with the flow type of person who really didn’t ever get super overwhelmed or frustrated with the chaos (unlike my husband 😜)I had no idea how to be organized or create systems…. I honestly didn’t even know that was a thing 🤦🏼♀️😆. Finding this podcast has opened my eyes and helped me organize the chaos and make it more manageable so I have space in my brain and my heart to be a calmer and more engaged parent and spouse again! I’m keeping up with house chores, working on my business daily, playing with my kids and trying to make time for me. Which has also totally changed my husbands mental health, as living in a messy house drove him crazy more than me 😆👍🏼. My business is starting over in a new town and I feel more confident in my abilities to make it happen this year! I’m just getting this systems thing started in my home but I’m excited to see how far the growth and progress will go for myself and my family this year!! Thank you Chelsi Jo!!”
