No matter where someone is on their cooking/food path, Table Talk is the perfect segue for those seeking to understand what’s going on today, whether they are already in the food industry, studying to be, or simply curious. Rosanna’s expertise and her selection of guests and her focus on questions relevant to today’s industry, food scene, and need-to-know are right on point and couldn’t have come at a more perfect timing. I know many of her guests personally or have been following their work and it is obvious why her choice of guests are perfect for educating us further and helping us to understand and become more familiar with what was, what is, and even what will be. They’ve been in this long enough to predict where food and cooking are going and pretty much all of them are genuinely cool and fun people, even when they are not wearing their chef uniform. Rosanna being super awesome herself attracts super awesome!
