Shaykh Taha Karaan is a Shafi’i researcher born in Cape Town, South Africa to a family eminent in both its maternal and fatherly ancestry for Islamic grant. His dad, Shaykh Yusuf Karaan, is one of the most established and most recognized Islamic researchers in the Cape.
