A podcast worth listening to
Impressive podcast that matches the quality of those produced with bigger budget. Understanding someone’s food often helps us gain better understanding about who they are and this podcast is doing a good job at that.

There was some background noise when speaking to Jimmy but otherwise another great high-quality-audio podcast to add to my listening routine. Learned loads about durian (which I don’t even like) and won’t look at them the same way again (still won’t taste them though).

Incredible podcast- combines food, history, culture, and even socioeconomic factors that shape our gustatory habits. If you like Anthony Bourdain’s work, you’ll enjoy this podcast
