“This series has been another remarkable example of the worth of our national broadcaster. You will not hear such analysis from the commercial realm. Too much effort required and not enough “ clicks” not enough revenue….
Well produced, both technically, and editorially, (this is why we need the ABC voice in our culture). Perfect? No. ( No one is…) Trying to be? Yes. Capable of responding to mistakes? Better than others.
We as Australian’s, benefit from the rich and diverse output of the ABC. In particular, radio national which seems to have the resources to do serious research into big subjects. This is fundamentally valuable to the national debate, whether or not you agree with what is said or not…
This series has been an exploration of leaders and how and why they have risen to power. There are many lessons that we might learn here in finding the balance between genuine desire for improvement in society, and ego with the raw desire for power.
We shall see…
Anyway, well done. Well produced, very easy to listen to.
