For the goyim, too.
I'm not Jewish, not even religious, but I *am* a big fan of Liel Leibovitz. I would listen to any podcast he hosts, and I thoroughly enjoy Take One. Not only is it a five-day-a-week insight into how Liel thinks, his many well-chosen guests offer fascinating takes on a wide range of topics. For me, Talmud is a springboard to consider any number of issues germane to all our lives. I don't know that I'll stick with it for 7 1/2 years—or even whether Liel and producer extraordinaire Josh Kross will see it through—but for now I welcome its presence in my podcast feed.Read full review »

I have always thought of daf yomi as something boring . This podcast has proved me wrong. It also has ,as Liel says at the end of each episode , made my day a little more Talmudic.

Thank you, Liel, for committing to this. This has been a great way to enrich my Daf Yomi journey. This podcast provides teaching, levity, and a sense of connection to the community.
