28: How to Do Tantric Self-Pleasure?
Listen now
Description
How do you self-pleasure? How do you m********e? Is Tantric self-pleasure different from the "normal" one? Anne Bland shares her ideas for Tantric self-pleasure in this episode - whether you want to do it on a mountaintop or on a train! Many mistakenly think that Tantric self-pleasure is to go slow and have incense and candles, but it can also be a Tantric quickie. The difference is mindfulness and going intentionally without any guilt or shame. Tantra can also be about the flow between the yang type of arousal where there's a lot of excitement and the yin type of relaxing into pleasure. Alternating these opposing energies can take you into blissful and orgasmic states that can re-wire your nervous system for new pleasure.
