“Hands down the most real, informative, non biased podcast in dentistry. I'm 35, opened a scratch start in Oct 2011. In Decemeber 2013 added cerec, January 2014 added cbct (sirona orthophos), June 2016 added an awesome associate and yesterday we moved into a stand along building that we own and built from the the ground up( about 12,000 sq ft). I say this stuff truely not to brag ( I am humbly just a PPO tooth widdler/ plucker/ screw driver :) - our team is amazing and they have been a huge part of our success and ability to serve our community) but the point I am trying to make is , Tbone has been a real mentor to me (from a far, like he does not even know I exist, haha). I first heard him lecture in 2013 in Nashville near my practice. It was just a real refreshing point of view and approach to dentistry, business, and work life balance. I also like how Tbone challenges his guests. It makes the conversations authentic, and also helps to challenge the listeners. His podcasts are truly inspiring, entertaining, and refreshing. What I think I appreciate most is the big picture Tbone speaks about and that is what really resonates with me. I have two boys ages 3 and 5. I want to be the best dentist I can and provide for my community, but not at the expense of my family. Most of my CE has been gobbled up at cerec courses, spear, live implant training, etc but I cant wait to hop on a plane to Raiegh which is a short flight from Nashville, and work through the workshops with my team at his practice.
