Fantastic podcast with fantastic guests and filthy hosts 😁
I have recently listened to all the backdated podcasts and my working day now has a serious void accompanied by a painfully long wait each week for the next release. Gary and Eddie have kept me company whilst cleaning windows here in the glorious lower Pennines (Colne Valley) for the last 3-weeks and 25 episodes have just flown by. Their witty and sometimes fruity banter makes for some wonderful light-hearted listening. Add this to some of the best guests and a quick brew with the coaches, you have all the ingredients you need for one of, if not the (theee), best running podcasts available. I’ve always been very active over the years, and running has always been a complimentary training partner throughout but after a difficult few years everything slowed down and even put on hold at times. I then decided to start things up again, new Strava, new mojo, new shoes and running gradually became my number one choice. I have still to run an official event but in both episode 24 and 25 the calling was clear, “running-out-of-time” passes right by my back door and there was no way I could not do this. So today, thanks to these two lovely people, I have signed up to The Green Runners and to leg 134 of Running-out-of-time. Thank you both for being the motivation required and allowing me to take baton with fearless aplomb. You guys are simply the best. Terry

Eddie and Gary cover it all. From their training and hilarious lives to top guests, to amazing races, to coaches corner and tales from the trails. It’s amazing that you came back to us as a stable of the British trail community.

It’s a little hard to sum up Tea & Trails succinctly so let me put it like this - you know when you’re nervously stood in the toilet queue pre-race, and you’re trying to tune in not only to the very funny conversation in front of you where 2 running buddies are describing the worst, and...Read full review »
