“I was a bit concerned that this would just be TWiT light. They already had a show discussing tech news, after all. But I was pleasantly surprised to hear the format. A wide round-up of stories and a fast pace was exactly the right approach. I can totally see how this will serve as a launch pad for even better discussion on TWiT each Sunday, since it's wider berth of news will help vet the biggest topics of the week.
My only concern is that Becky Worley won't be on every show. She provides the perfect counterpoint to Tom, bringing both perspective and laid-back humor to his professional, buttoned-up demeanor. It's hard to imagine many other co-hosts achieving such instant rapport together.
