“These podcasts are outrageously good. Everything about them is good---the subject matter, the length of the presentation, the presenters. You will see and enjoy the people whose ideas you have admired, in the flesh. I was amazed at Phillpe Starke, whose design I droll over....he has made this (another) Gilded Age with his clean and thoughtful design. To see Dr. Jill Bolton-Taylor whose book about her long journey coming back from a stroke, was a thrill, I had just finished the book having heard her on another podcast.
Loved seeing Dr. Brian Greene who can so well explain his subject, it gives me the sense that there is hope for me to understand physics ! Nuland, Branson, so many others I have heard in interview on talk radio over the past several years---here they are all and more, lecturing on his or her subject, concisely, in a most interesting manner , before a live auidence. Something else is at play though watching these podcasts---Ideas are hip. It is totally hip to be smart and on top of your subject. These are attractive people, interested in their subject who have the ability to intice YOU to be interested in their subject too. More please. And....thank you most sincerely.”Read full review »
