The missing link in my long covid journey
I went from marathon to bedridden in a matter of months in my long covid journey. I suffered debilitating symptoms for months before finding mind body work and brain retraining. I cannot overstate how important this work is - it saved me from the darkest chapter of my life. Understanding that my symptoms were neuropathic and adopting journaling, meditation, and somatic tracking was the most important thing in my healing journey. Recovery is possible.
