I want to believe but...
I have the Curable app and I listen to all of the podcasts and guided meditations. I’ve read many books about pain. I meditate. I’ve tried hypnosis. I journal. I’ve done EMDR. I’m trying to follow the Somatic tracking but the pain just remains. It does not move around. It never abates. I really really want to believe that this can help me but I’m always in pain. I suffer from severe muscle spasms. Is my brain broken?

Everything you’ve talked about so far really resonates with me. I cannot wait for episode 4 to start learning techniques for how to help me start to live with less (or no) pain. I just hope they work for me!
