It’s like having a group of insane friends that motivate me to do my less insane runs.
I’m no ultra-runner. Running ten miles at a time (of any quality) is a major accomplishment for me. Yet there is something very motivating about listening to ultra-marathon runners joke and chat about their successes, pain, and insights. The podcast has a feeling of just hanging out with a group of friends, joking, trash-talking, while at the same time supporting each other. A great vibe, usually with pretty good quality audio, great for those long-run days. Worth a listen.
