Great for passing the time!
The show is great for passing the time no matter what it is that you’re doing. It has its serious moments and it has its funny moments and it has its moments that you’re thinking, “Did they just say that?” My favorite episode is when Aaron is talking about using the lambs ear as toilet paper. I hope he knows that lambs ear grows in the Midwest, too. I’m a fairly new listener and just started at the beginning, but I have switched to listening to newer shows just to see what’s going on now, and sorry to hear that Scott is thinking about ending the show. It makes me sad, but luckily I have 700 other already existing shows to listen to. I’m giving four out of five stars because I miss the original gang, including Kat and Corey. I am a trail runner, but not yet an ultra runner, but this show gives me a lot of inspiration and insight as well as the confidence to believe that I am capable of doing a 50 or 100 mile run. Thank you for the entertainment and education.

Love the sit-down, shoot the breeze, anything goes conversational style! Very fun and entertaining. This is for all those who want to hear real stories about running, rather than boring discussions about who has the fastest mile splits. Keep these coming!

Vicariously, I’ve gotten to experience so much, inspiring me to broaden my horizons and run long, really...Read full review »

The format of 10 topics over the course of a run gives this podcast the true feeling of running with friends. Keeps you entertained and when your run gets tough, laughter is the best pain-killer.
