Description
Clone suffrage is the biggest political question in the Indian Union, but there is an even more fundamental question beneath it- are clones human? Echoing back to the outlawed caste system, the answer seems obvious on its surface. But the consequence are more wide-spread than they might first appear. If clones are people with the right to vote, does that mean Jinteki can now simply print new voters, genetically engineered toward a certain ideology? Whatever the outcome, the actions leading up to that decision will change the world's largest democracy forever.
