Test & Code is hands down one of the best Python podcasts out there, the other ones being Python Bytes and TalkPython. Brian is a very knowledgeable host with a warm and welcoming attitude.

This podcast has directly impacted how we test our code. I learn something new each episode. Talk Python to me in conjunction with Test and Code and Python Bytes has exponentially increased my productivity and learning. Thank you!

Brian Okken talks about Python software development and testing in a very engaging way. This a is a great podcast to learn (and keep on learning) about the latest in testing and the use of PyTest.

I’m quite new to testing and really like that the podcast covers so many different frameworks and opinions on testing it helped me to get started and having a steep learning curve

This show provides what it says on the label: engaging discusisons about testing and code. Host Brian Okken approaches each episode with a perfect blend of passion, knowledge and humility. Great stuff!

Quite useful podcast. It’s definitely one of the Podcasts that require more concentration while listening. Brian’s voice can get a little monotone and a podcast would benefit from more pauses and breaks, and saying some things with more emphasis. But overall it’s good and has been useful for me.

As a junior Python developer, I recently had a sudden realization that testing skills and TDD could be the missing component of my workflow. Learning through examples online works, but testing in the real world is a precarious topic! This podcast is no less than what this topic deserves.

(See what I did there?) Brian's podcast has been hugely helpful for me as a growing programmer who hasn't written (and probably isn't writing) nearly enough tests. It's cleared up some nomenclature for me, introduced me to the absolutely awesome pytest, and gotten me more and...Read full review »

Brian has introduced me to so much in the world of testing.

Like a good test suite, Okken's podcast is the perfect combination of agility, coverage, and sensibility. If you are a good tester, and want to learn about frameworks, listen to Brian Okken. If you are bewildered by tests and want to know how to start, listen to Brian Okken. If you program...Read full review »

This show has information for testers and developers. It has started out great and with time it’ll only get better.

Testing for me has always seemed to be a necessary evil, not so much after listening to this show which dives into testing with python in a clear, concise manner. I’m excited to see what’s next.

A good start to a podcast series that seems to be a slow, deep, dive into the world of test driven development.

I’m a test automation engineer and love using python to get things done quickly, so its awesome to see a podcast dedicated to all things python testing related. I think this podcast really fills a gap and Brian is off to a great start! Hope he sticks with it.
