My anxiety was at its worst a few months ago. I just wanted something to make my symptoms go away. I was so afraid of going crazy or that I would die. I bought supplements, essential oils, would chew gum, and would run to splash my face with water or wash my hands any time I felt an attack coming on. I felt I needed a feel good show on or my husband near by to “save” me from my anxiety attacks. I’ve been practicing your do nothing approach and it’s been life changing. I remind myself that suddenly going crazy is just as likely as me turning into a platypus and it has helped symptoms be almost comical at times. Things are not perfect but I feel like I am on the right track to recovery. Thank you, Drew for your practical tips, relatable topics, and for reminding me that I’m not alone on this journey. I love this podcast and eagerly await new episodes.

Anybody suffering from panic and anxiety disorder should check out this podcast. Very practical advice given by someone with real experience in dealing with these disorders.
