“Just finished St. George 70.3, my first half in over a decade. My goals were to finish in under 4 hours and 55 minutes and to qualify for the 70.3 world championship. I did not have anything near a perfect race, but, because my training and preparation were solid, I qualified for worlds, finished in just over 4 hours and 50 minutes, and missed a top-ten age group (M 45-49) showing by one place. I’m grateful to Mikael for the fantastic, gem-packed, cutting edge, yet practical information that (along with TrainerRoad) has formed the basis for my autodidactic training. Please keep up the good work. I’m still a ways off from a KQ, but if I ever get there, it’ll be due in no small part to That Triathlon Show. Thank you!”
