The best resource for the scientifically minded, self-coached triathlete
Just finished St. George 70.3, my first half in over a decade. My goals were to finish in under 4 hours and 55 minutes and to qualify for the 70.3 world championship. I did not have anything near a perfect race, but, because my training and preparation were solid, I qualified for worlds, finished in just over 4 hours and 50 minutes, and missed a top-ten age group (M 45-49) showing by one place. I’m grateful to Mikael for the fantastic, gem-packed, cutting edge, yet practical information that (along with TrainerRoad) has formed the basis for my autodidactic training. Please keep up the good work. I’m still a ways off from a KQ, but if I ever get there, it’ll be due in no small part to That Triathlon Show. Thank you!

Good podcast that covers many aspects of triathlon but without excessive hype. It is entertaining and informative and based as far as possible on research rather than subjective opinion. Good format, easy to listen to and I always learn something - whats not to like?

In my humble opinion, by far the most informative triathlon podcast. Great interviews with worldwide authorities on the subject. To top it off, seems a great guy as he replies to emailed queries promptly and with sincerity.
