Joe Trippi and Alex are not only pragmatic, well informed, and with years of experience, but they put on a fabulously entertaining show! I highly recommend every episode!

They don’t sugarcoat the dangers we face to democracy or the state of a presidential race they say will be close. But….Trippi makes it clear how badly too many media outlets are doing in the use of polls as well as reporting a “balanced horse race” rather than the fact that the other side is all...Read full review »

I always feel better listening to Joe Trippi. He has a most positive and refreshing attitude. His guests are the best. Inspiring. He adds a great deal to Lincoln Project. Much appreciated!!!!!

I really like to listen to Joe Trippi's positive takes on our politics today. He cites polls and explains them in a way I can understand, and instead of focusing on the age stuff he gets into the weeds of the good things that have come out of the Biden presidency. Keep up the good work Joe...Read full review »

This may be a silly question but isn’t it possible that the poor souls in Texas or any other state in which many immigrants are crossing and destroying property, etc., who are republican, will wake up and not vote for Trump?

Thanks for a great honest podcast where I Always learn something. It’s nice to feel energized and not depressed after listening to electoral politics

I really enjoyed the interview with Tim Alberta, right up until the very end. His analysis of how the republican party came to be what it is today was very useful and spot on, I thought. I was, however, surprised at the end, when he announced that he himself is a Christian. My ears perked up in...Read full review »

Thank you for an excellent show! I find the insights into the political situation, and in particular,, the gradually shifting and understanding of the strength of Biden, and the weakness of Trump —to be both helpful and reassuring. I know we have a lot of work to do but I believe we can save this...Read full review »

The kind of deluded, starry-eyed optimism represented by the December 29 2023 episode is the greatest gift the center-left can give to the MAGA movement to facilitate its aim of ruling the former United States with an iron fist. Stop sleepwalking into authoritarianism, already.

Joe! Would you react to Liz Cheney’s observation that we are all immune from the extreme language that both sides use to talk about the other. This is a false equivalence in that only one side’s rhetoric is true. But it is true that both sides use this alarmist tone. How do you deal with that?...Read full review »

This is a great show. Joe and Alex have a nice dynamic, sort of like an old chef in the kitchen explaining things and the younger maître d’ keeping the dinner service going smoothly, only it’s not a restaurant but conversations about politics. They’ll keep doing the crazy. We need to keep doing...Read full review »

Great. I love your show. You always talk positive and never cut President Biden like some of my other podcast. The knowledge base is obvious, but the constant “ya know, um” etc is very annoying, almost blocking the point. And this is true for Trippo and several of the regulars! Either edit out or more training. Reading a written transcript might be helpful feedback.

I love your political analysis and the mission of the Lincoln Project. But you forgot to mention something VERY important about Trump’s history with elections. He has accused EVERY election he lost of being “rigged” starting with Iowa Caucus in 2016 when he lost to Cruz. He lost the 2016 popular...Read full review »

His angle and analysis is a breath of fresh air in the world of doom and gloom. And frankly, I think he’s right. I love when he talks about Regan in the 1980s and capturing a generation. These people voted Republican whether they’re registered or not with the party for the rest of their lives.

One of very few shows totally on the money about all things campaign, politics, polls, and the voters. Data driven, interpreted through accurate context, flavoured by a ton of experience, open-minded and doesn’t blow smoke. Great show.

The show was great. The ad for gambling is freaking annoying. It’s ten times louder than show. Can you do something about it? I’d give a 5 except screaming ad.
