“I really enjoy this podcast and look forward to this every week. Her look at the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit from a newcomer point of view can be hysterical (though I would skip her trek through the 2nd book of the Two Towers) and sometimes brings a perspective into the books that I hadn't thought about before.
I do wish she would get over her misconception that Tolkien had the Lord of the Rings in his head all planned out when he wrote The Hobbit. He didn't even have a any idea what the Lord of the Rings was about even when he started writing it.”Read full review »
