“Very good overall. I listed to maybe 5 newer and five older episodes. The newer ones from what I've seen are good, but I just really hope they consistently fixed the rough edges of the older ones and I didn't just happen to listen to the best 5.
The problem with the older episodes is the hosts talking over each other a lot, but also one host constantly jumping and sort of jumping the gun while the other is trying to establish helpful context. John does a good job mostly of setting up context and reminding you what is going on, but in the early episodes Brad is excitedly talking about 40K in a way that might be fun for a group of friends who all already know the lore really well, but would not be good for explaining the lore to those less knowledgable.”Read full review »
