“This podcast has changed my life. I discovered it six months ago and have developed the routine to listen to it at least 2-3 times a week. I am facing challenging moments in my life, finding myself on a no-way back road, so I had to recognize and embrace my addiction and call it by its real name without hiding it. I want to thank you to Duane and all the guests that have shared tremendous wisdom, and through their stories, I could find hope and coping mechanisms and relate to those friends who have experienced the same things as me. I am still trying every day; getting out of addiction is not an easy road, but I can tell you that I feel closer to myself every day, to my deep, authentic self. I realized how distracted I was in my life and changed that perspective. Then, all things around me started to change, little by little.
