This therapist has taken theoretical frameworks around for a century and just replaced words to describe therapy milieus that have existed for a long time. She uses suicide ideation outcomes using her book’s theory in a damaging simplistic way for listeners in this place. This theory is the latest pop culture go to junk. IMHO.

I’m really enjoying this podcast. I love how they interview, focus on one subject line and explain it in depth. Very clear, simple to to understand and able to relate to.
