A great toolbox
I’ve discovered this podcast recently, as an ADHD Adult with a degree in Psychology, and it is currently my biggest asset in my Learning and management of my condition. What I like about this podcast compared to others is where others would focus in on a problem and attempt to prescribe a seemingly “One size fits all” solution, here you get the choice and knowledge. They provide an analysis of a spectrum of information and studies across the world, positives and negatives. They help you digest theinformation and give you some different ways to use it and benefit from it, and then YOU CAN CHOOSE what information and strategies work in your life, and how to use them. I love it! 6 Stars

I used to do my own literature reviews on ADHD research.. aka have 30+ open tabs with journal articles opened on my phone for every one I would read. It’s amazing to have thorough, thoughtful reviews available as a podcast. Thank you!!
