“I've been an avid watcher/listener and even attended tapings in the past when they recorded episodes at the Munk center.
The episode discussing John Tory and his activities with public funds and public office was a cringey listen. Particularly, Steve's incessant white-knighting of Tory despite several of his guests making clear how this negatively affects the position (hiring, promotions, harassment, etc.) was pathetic.
The anecdote of receiving emails in support of Tory to resume office was just embarrassing & repeated on his OnPoli podcast; a poor showing of who Paikin keeps as friends.
