Entertaining but Misses the point
Entertaining episode. The presenters make it evident they don’t understand punk rock or the context of Rancids origins. Not completely accurate and misses the point of what punk rock is about. Their appraisal comes across judgmental and times and a bit naive. The American is pretty annoying with his drawn out imitation of Tim’s voice. Good effort but would be better if the presenters understood the context of punk rock as a lifestyle.

Album review podcasts are ten a penny these days but I stumbled across this one about a year or so ago and it’s become my favourite by some distance. Cool, in-depth, laid back discussion with 3 clearly knowledgable music nerds (can identify).
