Thorough and informative
Recently found your podcast and have immensely enjoyed a number of the bands you’ve delved into. Dig your blend of playfulness and no-nonsense in your coverage. I just finished the Sonic Youth biography “Goodbye 20th Century” so the DAYDREAM NATION episode really resounded with me. I’m a huge SY fan—stood out on the sidewalk in front of the Central Tavern in 1987 when they came to Seattle during the <Sister> tour so I could ‘see’ them as I was still underage—so punk rock. I’d love to put a ‘geographical’ request in for a few titles that I would appreciate hearing you guys cover.. If: USA: SWANS - The Great Annihilator UK: RIDE: - Nowhere AUS: THE CHURCH - Priest = Aura Thanks for what you do, Jason Benda Seattle
