In this lovely podcast, they talk about a topic that you can tell is very dear to their hearts and they know a lot about – music in general and albums in particular. In each episode, they talk about releases of a certain year, focussing on lesser known gems rather than beloved classics.
You not only get the chance to hear marvelous and oftentimes hilarious stories (ie. Scott Walkers dayjob while he was absent from music business), but also to find your next favourite album – Van Morrisson‘s ‚Common One‘ for example, Manuel Göttsching’s ‚e2-E4’ or Judee Sill‘s ‚Heart Food‘.
This is a great listen for music lovers and fellow music nerds, celebrating the art of one of the most peculiar and special art form: the album! Highly recommended!”
