rich in content and practical application
I have enjoyed every episode, often have listened twice so that I can type notes as I listen to it a second time. My husband and I just moved overseas with 3 young children and really appreciated the series on trauma and how even little changes in our daily routines are a form of trauma…so helpful to have words to describe some of what we have been experiencing as a family and to be able to converse together at the end of the day using the language and illustrations my husband and I both have been hearing while we listen to the podcast separately. We have made a habit now of celebrating what we have accomplished at the end of the day rather than reeling about all that is left undone. This has truly been such a help to our family in this difficult time of transition. Thank you!
