As we have recently experienced an ending that was not our choosing, we were left reeling and doubled over in pain and grief. This last podcast gave words to what we cannot communicate and validated our feelings. I was waiting for this one!! Thank you!

A fabulous podcast indeed!! Diane named the trauma around food, body, and weight stigma brilliantly!! Please have more of these. The trauma of weight stigma is insidious and pervasive, and needs to be named more often.
